1. When will I receive the first issue of my order?

Typically, you will receive your first issue 4 to 12 weeks after you place your order. Generally, weekly subscriptions will take about 4 to 10 weeks to start and monthly subscriptions will take 6 to 12 weeks to start. Please be assured that these are standard industry lead times and there is no difference in processing time whether one orders directly through the publisher, or through a subscription reseller, like MagazineDeals.com. The actual delivery date of your first issue will depend on when the next issue is scheduled to be distributed by the publisher and how frequently the magazine you've ordered is published. 2. I'm already a subscriber. Can I renew my current subscription with you?

Yes! On the magazine product page, simply choose the renewal option before adding your product to cart. Note, an account number is not required to renew but please ensure to use the same name and address that is currently on the label of your subscription. Finally, note processing renewals have similar timeframes as mentioned in the question above.

3. What is your refund policy?

4. Can I send a Gift Subscription?

5. Will you auto-renew my subscription?

No! We do not auto-renew any of our customers' subscriptions. We will simply provide a friendly e-mail reminder before your subscription is set to expire so that it may be renewed at the customer's discretion.

6. Where do you ship-to?

We offer delivery to all 50 U.S. States, APO Addresses, Puerto Rico*, and Prisons*. We do not offer delivery to Canada or to other foreign countries at this time. If there are any questions regarding delivery please contact us.

7. What happens after my order is placed? How is it shipped?

After your order is placed through MagazineDeals.com, you will receive a confirmation receipt e-mail from us. Soon afterwards we will submit your magazine subscription order to the publisher for delivery. Your information will first be added to their database and will ship the magazine to you via the U.S. Postal Service. After you receive your first issue, your account can be handled by the publisher, and MagazineDeals.com. As mentioned above this process may take 4-12 weeks.

8. How can I change my address?

To request an address change for a current order, simply visit the order status / address change page. Please note, that your order number and e-mail is required to login to the account management page. Once logged-in, the option to update your address by clicking the "Change Address"" button is found along-side a detailed description of your order.

9. There is an error in my order, what should I do?

10. What forms of payment of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Orders may be placed via our website and by phone. Please note that we accept check payments for bulk orders only.

11. I am adding magazines to my cart, but the cart appears to be empty. What is wrong?

12. What happens if a magazine that I purchased through MagazineDeals.com ceases print publication or only is available via digital publication?

Periodically, a publisher may fold, cease printing a title or switch to from print to digital only publication for a variety of reasons. If a magazine title has ceased publication the publisher will automatically switch your subscription over to a different magazine with comparable content. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with this replacement or digital publication, please contact us and we will fully refund the remainder of your unused issues.

13. Will you share my information with third parties?

We collect your information for the express purpose of fulfilling your order with the respective publishers. We never release your phone or email to anyone including the publishers. We use your phone and email only to aid in fulfilling your order, and to resolve any order problems that may arise. Your name and mailing information are sent to publisher in order to fulfill your purchase. Each magazine publisher has their own privacy policy with regard to sharing your name and address with their respective third parties. If you wish to not receive any solicitations within the postal mail, they will always offer you a form of opt out.

14. How do I send an order with multiple magazines to different addresses?

Please, note that during the checkout process you will be given the option for shipping to multiple addresses. The option for shipping each individual subscription to separate addresses will then become available.

15. A coupon code or discount was not applied to my order. What should I do?

A common reason your coupon code may not have been applied is due to the possibility of browser issues. Please contact us and we will be happy to apply the coupon to your order.
