Shipping Policy

We know that receiving your order as soon as possible is important to you! Please note that delivery schedule is determined based on a number of important factors such as frequency of delivery, time of labeling and location of shipment. Typically, your first magazine issue will arrive generally 6-10 weeks after your order was completed.

1. Weekly publications first issue arrival in approximately 4 to 6 weeks
2. Bi-weekly & Monthly publications first issue arrival in approximately 6 to 10 weeks
3. Bi-Monthly & Quarterly publications first issue arrival in approximately 10 to 12 weeks

Please be assured that these are standard industry lead times, although it can vary from publisher to publisher. The actual delivery date of your first issue will depend on when the next issue is scheduled to be distributed by the publisher and how frequently the magazine you've ordered is published.

Our system does allow the fastest processing possible and once we receive your order, it will take a week or two for your subscription to be received and scheduled by the publisher. At the point, your order is than included with the publisher's next production cycle and shipped via standard USPS mail. For example, if a subscription to a monthly magazine is ordered and received by the publisher in January, than the February or even March issue has already been mailed and your first issue(s) would be included with the March or April mailing.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are un-happy with your order, per our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee policy, we will refund your order in full at your request. After the 90 day period, our team will provide a prorated refund based on the number of issues that have been received and/or time lapse of when the order had been placed.
